Rashtrapati Bhavan (Hindi for President House) is the official home of the President of India. It may refer to only the mansion (the 340-room main building) that has the President's official residence, halls, guest rooms and offices; it may also refer to the entire 130 hectare (320 acre) President Estate that additionally includes huge presidential gardens (Mughal Gardens), large open spaces, residences of bodyguards and staff, stables, other offices and utilities within its perimeter walls. By comparison, the White House in USA is 18 acres in area including gardens and open spaces.Recently mr Pranab Mukherji President of India had ordered opening of a wing of building to enable general public to visit and appreciate beautiful architecture.However cameras are not allowed inside..here are some close shots of buildind.
नई दिल्ली /प्रयागराज , 04 अगस्त , भारत के संविधान द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ति का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत की राष्ट्रपति ने भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के साथ परामर्श के बाद, श्री (i) प्रमोद कुमार श्रीवास्तव, (ii) अब्दुल शाहिद, (iii) संतोष राय, (iv) तेज प्रताप तिवारी और (v) जफीर अहमद, न्यायिक अधिकारियों को इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्त किया है, जो उनके संबंधित कार्यालयों का कार्यभार संभालने की तिथि से प्रभावी होगा।
